Rental Requests for Church Facilities

Lea Hall

Lea Hall
Our multi-purpose hall is situated on the main level of the church, comprising 66' X 37' of space with a capacity of 165 people. Included in all rentals are a substantial number of long, foldable tables and chairs, for accessible use in any formation.

Ladies and Men's Restrooms
Also on the main level, Ladies and Men's Restrooms are handily located down a short hallway from Lea Hall.

Our 19' X 15' Kitchen is adjacent to Lea Hall and boasts two brand new refrigerators along with an equally new 5-foot long 10-burner gas stove with 2 ovens appliance.

Lea Hall also has a curtained 12' X 22' stage with 3' proscenium available for additional rental (written permission required).

Classrooms

Classroom 3
All of our classrooms are available downstairs and were recently renovated. Classroom 3 comprises 14' X 19' of space with a capacity of 18-24 people.

Classrooms 4-6 
Classrooms 4-6 comprises 44' X 19' of space with a capacity of 45-60 people. The larger space can be separated by accordion-type partitions to create three separate spaces.

Our Specific Fees
 
DEPOSIT: $250 (covers cleaning and damages)
This amount will be returned after a satisfactory inspection shortly following the event.
 
KEY DEPOSIT: $25 separate check (to be returned upon receipt of key).
 
LEA HALL: $450 for three hours – includes the use of the parking lot and kitchen.                  (Additional time is at a rate of $100/hour.)
 
LEA HALL STAGE: $150 flat rate (available only to renters of Lea Hall).
 
CLASSROOMS:        
$25 per hour for the Small Classroom.                                                           
$75 per hour for the Large Classroom.
                                                       
All rentals include use of the Parking Lot.

  • 50% of the total fee, the $250 cleaning deposit, and the $25 key deposit are due ten days prior to the event. The remaining balance is due at least twenty-four hours prior to the event.
  • In the event of cancellation, there is a non-refundable fee of $100 if there is less than 48 hours notice.
  • A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required of all renters, to be submitted to the parish office at least ten days prior to the event.
  • The renter’s insurance carrier may email the COI to church@allsaints-spnj.org.
